RARE HTF 1950s JOLLES ORIGINAL WOOL LUCITE HANDLE POODLE HANDBAG

Art Deco French Poodle Handbag by "Jolle". Multi-coloured fine glass beads (mainly browns and black), on a black felt, with a French Poodle highlighted with gold lucite coins glass beads, rhinestone eyes, and a red velvet bow. Carmel Lucite handle, and a gilt finish Twist Clasp in perfect working order. Internal gilt zip and ring pull to inner pocket, plus another open pocket below zip, with “Jolles” over “ORIGINAL”, in red script embroidered, on the original Tag. The very top of the bag has a deep, “V” expansion pleat to the outer edge of each handle, and the outside is finished in a quality, heavy black felt. Both inside and outside are immaculate, with minimal wear and no evidence at all to any wear to the base. The Handles have a soft, worn patina, respective of age, but still very presentable, and great condition. No damage, losses or repairs. A very Rare item especially for its age.
